Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Common sense must always play a part in our decisions of whether or not to set up due to certain weather conditions. These rules are not set in stone, they are strong guidelines which we use to make sometimes tough calls that may affect your event.
Please know that we always make decisions with the utmost concern for your safety and our Liability.
If the chance of rain is 30% or less, expect to receive your rental. If you receive your rental, you will be charged the full amount, even if it rains during your event. An inflatable attraction can still operate in the rain and a passing shower does nothing more than wet the unit. If that happens, DO NOT DEFLATE THE UNIT!!! Just wait for the storm to pass, wipe down the unit with a towel and continue with the fun! *PLEASE ENSURE INFLATABLES ARE COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE USE UNLESS UNIT IS DESIGNED TO BE WET!!!* It is always important that you exercise caution and common sense when operating an inflatable and should always be cautious and deflate the unit if you aren’t sure. Once the weather has stopped, please inflate the unit to allow it to dry.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. If you choose to cancel by 5pm the day before your rental delivery date due to the prediction of inclement weather, you will not be charged.
However, after that deadline, you will be responsible for either 100% of your rental purchase if we have delivered and setup, or 100% if delivery is attempted and the weather prevents setup. This means if you choose not to enact your weather exemption at the time of offer, you will be charged regardless if rental time used.
Cold weather is BAD for inflatable equipment! If the temperature is going to reach below 40 degrees Farenheit, equipment can NOT be used!
Wind speeds CANNOT be over 20 MPH! All inflatables must be deflated in the event of high winds!
Your safety is our top priority, we reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to weather concerns. If your reservation is cancelled due to weather, your deposit will be applied to a future reservation, or can be refunded in full due to weather.
NEVER! Unfortunately animal claws are not friendly toward inflatable units, so we ask that your furry friends have fun watching from the sidelines!
Please find a level area and clean where the inflatable unit will be going, with access to electric and/or water hookups. Ensure there are no sharp objects! PLEASE pickup any animal poop around the area, NOT just where the unit is going, it will be a $100 charge if we have to clean the area and pickup any animal poop. This is also a way to help avoid any additional cleaning fees.
